What is cupping?

Biboting aerobic cupping (碧波庭有氧拔罐) differs from traditional fixed cupping. Rhythmic negative pressure draws and releases to clear blockages and oxygenate the skin. It feels gentle, is less prone to heavy bruising and is kind to the skin.

Choose the areas you would like to focus on:

  • Shoulders and back: clears knots, improves neck and shoulder tightness, lower back ache, stiffness and fatigue from long hours sitting, and releases upper-body tension.
  • Chest: clears the chest meridians, eases swelling and discomfort around your period, promotes local circulation and cares for the qi and blood around the breasts.
  • Abdomen: promotes abdominal metabolism, improves cold-damp build-up, bloating and a heavy, cold abdomen, and helps regulate digestive circulation.
  • Hips: opens circulation where the hips meet the legs, improves cold hips and sinking qi and blood, and eases stiffness from long hours sitting.
  • Legs: clears the leg meridians, improves aching calves, swelling and heavy, tired legs, and eases discomfort from long hours standing or walking.

The treatment may leave temporary marks on the skin.

About the marks

Rhythmic suction usually makes large dark marks less likely, but temporary round marks can still appear. These usually fade within about a week.

The appearance and duration of the marks can vary from person to person. If your back will be on show at an event soon, let us know before your session.

If you have concerns about how your skin looks after treatment, contact us or seek appropriate medical advice.

Many customers warm up in our infrared sauna first.

What happens in a session?
